When is the awards ceremony?

The awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday 4th March 2020, after the first day of the Music & Drama Expo.

How much does it cost to enter?

Entry into the awards is free.

Can I submit on behalf of someone else?

Yes, although their permission must be obtained and evidence of this shown. You will be asked to provide contact details of the person/people/organisation you are entering. We may or may not contact this person.

What is your cancellation policy?

In terms of entries, once your entry is submitted, you may withdraw it until the closing date.

In terms of table and seat bookings at the awards ceremony, written cancellations received within six weeks prior to the event will be accepted and a refund of 90% of the booking charge will be made. After this date, no refunds can be given. Please click here to read our terms and conditions in full.

What happens after I have submitted my entries?

Once you have submitted your entries they will be processed by the awards team, ready for judging. Judging takes place in November and the shortlist will be announced in November/December.

When are the winners announced?

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on Wednesday 4 March in London. Please keep this date free in your diary.

When do entries close?

You have until 11:59pm on Friday 18th October 2019 to complete and submit all of your entries.

However, those entering the Young Music Critic of the Year and/or the Young Theatre Critic of the Year have until Monday 4th November 2019 to submit.
